President

With more than 25 years in the field of residential architecture, Charles has built one of the most respected and sought-after architectural firms in Texas. A University of Texas graduate and an active member of the American Institute of Architects, Charles founded the firm in 1999. Since then he has assembled a team of uniquely talented design professionals who are driven by a passion to maintain fresh insight into the way their designs respond to site, context and lifestyle.

Alice Travis

Office Manager

After receiving her degree from North Texas State University, Alice, pursued a 20 year career in Education. In 1999 she joined the firm as Office Manager. Outside the studio, Alice finds time for nice long walks, golfing, traveling and Skyping with her grandchildren.

Kevin Sidora

Kevin graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. He joined chas architects in 2005 and over the past six years he has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s work. During his spare time Kevin enjoys traveling with his wife, camping throughout Central Texas and home brewing beer with his friends.

Harmony Grogan, AIA

Harmony moved to Austin after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and she joined chas architects in 2012. Harmony is a registered architect in Texas and California and holds a LEED AP BD+C credential. She has volunteered for the American Institute of Architects Austin Architecture in Schools and is actively involved in the American Institute of Architects Austin Homes Tour. In addition to remodeling her own home, Harmony enjoys travel, film, and all things design.

Tony Hron

Tony’s design career has been as varied as his professional interests and includes work in architecture, industrial design, design research and strategy. His 13 years of experience have carried him around the world working in the corporate, civic, healthcare and hospitality sectors. Tony joined chas architects in the summer of 2014. Outside of the office, Tony volunteers for the Capital Area Food Bank and enjoys all of the outdoor activity, live music and delicious food that Austin has to offer.

Kaydee El Lababedi

Kaydee El Lababedi
Kaydee holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art from Texas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys making pottery, collecting vintage photography, and spending time with her husband and dog.
